Jeffrey M. Diamond to the newly created position of Chief Technical
Officer. Diamond, an 18-year veteran of the software industry, and
former principal of Diamond Capps, Inc., a business and technology
consulting firm serving the Internet and information technology market
segments, brings tremendous Internet and emerging technology company
experience to the rapidly-growing GoPublicNow.com organization.
Diamond brings leadership and integration experience to GoPublicNow.com
and is uniquely qualified to engineer and facilitate the company’s
development. He will nurture the insight and innovative content to help
the company reap the maximum business advantages. In addition to his
detailed implementation
skills, technical depths, and hands on project management expertise, he
will provide strategic counsel and technical vision to the company.
Diamond, a UCI graduate, holds undergraduate degrees in both Computer
Science and Political Science. He continued his formal education earning
a Juris Doctor in law and is a licensed California attorney with an
emphasis in business law and negotiation. Diamond focused his business
education on process-based management, enterprise-wide management
solutions and the application of Internet-era technology to business. An
IT professional since 1982, Diamond was the founder of a Southern
California programming company that expanded into Local Area Networking
(LAN) and Wide Area Networking (WAN) consulting services. He later
became the Director of Client Services for a major Novell Networking
firm in Los Angeles. Continuing on his IT career, Diamond has held such
positions as director of information technology for a premier Hilton
Hotels Resort property, and information technology director for a Los
Angeles area business law firm. In 1994, Diamond formed QuickNet
Incorporated, one of the industry’s first Internet-centric Digital
Engineering firms. Through strategic acquisitions, QuickNet owned and
operated a renowned Web development and production company specializing
in large scale, database enabled, on-line destinations and portals.
QuickNet also custom wrote on-line applications and was an Application
Service Provider (ASP) to such national market segments as the mortgage
and on-line recruiting industries. In 1999, Diamond successfully
negotiated the sale of QuickNet Corporation and its Intellectual
Property holdings.
